The Culture

At Wesser we consider work, motivation and fun to be of equal importance and our numerous team events aim to reward individuals for a job well done.

Throughout the year we hold numerous events for all fundraisers who have met their performance targets in the weeks prior to the event. The events of 2006 included Paintball in Birmingham, Go-Karting in York, day out at Thorpe Park and our ‘Welcome Home’ Christmas Party held at West India Docks, Canary Wharf.

These events provide every team with the opportunity for not only a great day out but also a chance to meet with other fundraisers from across the country.

Every team also has the incentive of a weekly team bonus; this bonus enables the team to enjoy their own event on a weekly basis, whether it is a few drinks in a local pub, a nice evening meal, or maybe even a day at a theme park.
