The Campaign Manager has total responsibility for our fundraising activities throughout the UK. This is an extremely challenging job role having to manage the needs, performance and growth
of our business. The Campaign Manager needs to engage and motivate all those that work within the company providing direction and support to the whole management team.
The job role of a Senior Campaign Coach encompasses a multitude of tasks, from the hands-on role of fundraising to the management roles of training, developing and driving the results of the teams. The expertise and innovative ideas of our Senior Campaign Coaches play a vital part in shaping the future of our business and continuously improving the way we work.
Junior Campaign Coach is the first level of team management. A successful person can be promoted to this position after one year’s full service with Wesser Ltd. A Junior Campaign Coach is responsible for three teams and up to twenty fundraisers. Our Campaign Coaches need to have a lot of energy and must be prepared to take a lead role in the company.
A Senior Team Leader reports directly to the Campaign Manager and they work together in coordinating team activities. Senior Team Leaders need to be motivational and organised, with good man-management abilities, as they are responsible for providing their fundraisers with the necessary ongoing training, support and development.
Wesser Team Leaders are responsible for a team of five fundraisers, driving team results and assisting with training. Our Team Leaders spend 90% of their time raising funds door to door; the ability to lead by example is pivotal to the results of the team as a whole. Fundraisers can qualify for a team leader position within their first twelve weeks with Wesser Ltd.
Fundraisers work together in teams of four to eight people, all working door to door promoting the services that St John Ambulance provide and signing up members of the public to make annual donations to the charity.
