Training Weekends

Our Training Weekends take place during our peak month of June when we have numerous team openings. A training weekend is delivered at a hotel and conference centre and usually consists of 12 –16 trainees and 3-4 trainers.  The necessary knowledge about the charity and also the presentation skills necessary to promote the charity are taught during the course of the weekend.

Induction Days

Induction days happen regularly every Sunday between the 25th February and the 26th August. Every trainee attending an induction day will start directly with his or her team the next day. The induction days are designed to welcome the new fundraiser to Wesser Ltd and also provide the necessary information and knowledge needed to perform in the job role.

In-House Training

In House Training is delivered to ALL new fundraisers. The level of training varies, depending on the individual’s personal ability and speed of learning, and also any pre-team training including the training weekends and induction days. The In-House training is delivered constantly during the fundraiser’s time with the company and forms a part of the fundraiser’s personal development plan.
