The Job Role

Before the start of a campaign, letters are sent to local authorities, the police and Neighbourhood Watch co-ordinators to inform them of our fundraising.

All of our fundraisers wear clearly identifiable uniforms and carry identification badges as well as authorised materials that explain the work of the local St. John Ambulance.

Our fundraisers work in teams of 5-6 people although they approach every house individually. A team leader is always on hand to offer advice and support.

The supporter's name, bank/building society number and sort code are taken. Only registered Direct Debit providers are able to use this information.
