It has been a very busy month here at Wesser, from awards to promotions, we have a lot to celebrate! Starting off with our Team Leader promotions…
Team Leader Promotions
Through hard work and dedication these guys have progressed within the company, earning themselves a well deserved promotion which will now allow them to manage and train fundraisers. Congratulations to the following on their newly appointed role as Team Leaders:
Fundraising Manager Promotions
The promotions do not stop there, we also have the pleasure of announcing that Ben Spill and Jamie Brenner have been promoted from Team Leaders to Fundraising Managers! The pair have shown that they are more than qualified for their new role after demonstrating outstanding fundraising and leadership skills over the past 6 months.
The Gold Standard Award
Taking it back to the start of the month we have seen several of these pop up; our Gold Standard Award! This is a prestigious award that recognises the time, effort and dedication our fundraisers have put into recruiting long-term, quality donors for our charity partners.
Here is how Operations manager Joey Fisher describes it:
“This represents a ‘Gold Standards Performance Review’ – a training and monitoring tool that assesses Fundraisers against a series of benchmarks including compliance and best practice,
technical fundraising skills and their KPI/QPIs over the previous two weeks. Only the top Fundraisers in the company receive the Gold Standard award having scored over 85% in their performance review. Fundraising staff who are awarded Gold embody our company mission: ‘Ethical Fundraising, Outstanding Service”

Wesser Centurion Club
Next we move on to the Wesser Centurion Club. It is inspiring to see many of our fundraisers accomplish this, marking the recruitment of 100 donors for our charity partners! Wesser Millennium Club!
Last but definitely not the least, is the honourable achievement of the Wesser Millennium Club! This prestigious club is for those that have recruited 1,000 supporters for our different charity partners!
A very special welcome and congratulations on joining the Wesser Millennium Club was presented by Director Martin Wesser to Alan Gregory!
Alan has recruited over 1,000 donors for our amazing charity partners and raised over £100,000 for vital causes. Huge congratulations to Alan on receiving this prestigious award after consistently delivering outstanding results thanks to his unwavering dedication, effort and fundraising talent.
