We have a lot to celebrate at the minute thanks to having so many dedicated and hardworking staff. To ensure we reward our incredible team members for their efforts, we have come up with a new Fundraising Pay Structure that allows our fundraisers to reap the benefits of their brilliant efforts! With the new pay structure, fundraisers are are able to gain permanent pay rises for recruiting quality, long term donors for our charity partners. Team leaders Laura Jeffrey from our Live-in Team and Brian Coates from our Local Team were the first to achieve the pay rise in the shortest time possible! Not far behind them we have Deano Dalglish and Anna Brown who have also qualified in recent weeks.
This is Matt Bradley our Recruitment Manager, along side his partner Sarah and the family dog, Tilly “Tillbo Baggins”. Matt was one of the team who pioneered the new pay structure; here is what he had to say about it: ‘’It’s been a while in development and a challenging time to introduce it, but I am really pleased that we’ve been able to relaunch our face to face fundraising with our new and

improved Fundraiser pay structure.
With the new safety precautions and processes in place to make our fundraising COVID-safe, our Fundraisers deserve more than ever to be compensated like the professionals that they are. That’s why we’ve moved away from hourly pay to salaried pay for our Fundraisers (£18,200 for full time).
We’ve always stressed the importance of the quality of supporters that we recruit for our charity partners, so it’s great that the new bonus structure really rewards Fundraisers for this – they can now earn bonuses from the very first quality supporter that they sign up! Incentivising higher quality supporters means even better return on investment for our charity partners in the long run too.
As nobody wants to feel like they aren’t progressing in their role, the addition of automatic salary increases means that there is always something to work towards. For consistent and quality performance, Fundraisers can increase their basic salary by up to £2000 in only a few months. It’s great to see that we already have several fundraisers achieving their first salary increase – and in such a short time too.
And by moving to weekly pay, we’ve also made sure that Fundraisers can enjoy the results of their hard work much quicker!
All in all, it’s been a big success, and the feedback from fundraisers so far has been fantastic – and I’m looking forward to seeing more fundraisers achieving even bigger and better things for our charity partners.’’
